Rangers fans have every right to expect more, and Tottenham loanee Mikey Moore isn't afraid to say it. The 18-year-old winger, who joined from Spurs last summer, has been one of the few bright spots in a difficult season for Danny Rohl's side. But despite his personal progress, Moore is calling out the squad's lack of unity and fight.

Ending the campaign in third place in the Premiership without a trophy is a bitter pill to swallow for a club with Rangers' storied history. Early exits from European competition only added to the disappointment. Moore, who found his stride after a tricky start, isn't mincing words about what went wrong.

"When you're here, you realize the history and what this club means," Moore said. "We as players need to understand what we have to deliver. No trophies this year—it's not good enough. We went out in the first stage of Europe, and nothing we've done has been good enough. We need to own that."

The young star didn't hold back when discussing the supporters either. "The fans come out every week, and it's the best support I've ever seen personally. They deserve better than what we've given them."

Moore pointed to a deeper issue within the squad: a lack of togetherness when the pressure mounts. "As a group, we need to drive each other more. There are top people here, but we haven't had each other's backs enough when it gets tough. Building a winning culture means having those standards. It's hard to pinpoint one thing, but when the going gets tough, we need to stick together. That's the main thing for us. When we're playing well, everyone's confident, but we need to show our personality in the hard moments."

For fans and players alike, Moore's honesty is a rallying cry. The question now is whether the squad can answer it.
