LOS ANGELES — Rangers left fielder Wyatt Langford exited Friday’s game against the Los Angeles Dodgers after the fifth inning with right quad tightness.

Langford hit his first home run of the season off of right-hander Tyler Glasnow in the top of the fifth inning, played defense in the bottom half but was replaced by utility infielder Ezequiel Duran in the sixth.
