The 6-0, 189-pounder was a one-year starter for the Ducks. He was known for his speed as a deep threat which he showed off with a 4.37 40-yard dash at this year's combine.
At Oregon, Benson caught 43 passes for 719 yards and six touchdowns. He adds an athletic talent to the Raiders receiving corps, helping give number one overall pick Fernando Mendoza targets in the pass game.
Benson joins Tre Tucker, offseason additions Jailon Nailor and Dereke Young, and 2024 drafted receivers Jack Bech and Donte Thornton in the Raiders receivers room.
