Harry Kane's first trophy with Bayern Munich must have felt like a massive weight lifted off his shoulders. After years of individual brilliance without silverware, the England captain finally got his hands on hardware—and it looks like there's plenty more to come.

This season, Kane is on track to add at least one more trophy to his cabinet, with a potential double at Bayern Munich. And with England emerging as a strong contender for the World Cup, the striker could even complete a historic treble. But according to former Dutch international Jaap Stam, Kane still has one major box to tick: a big individual award.

"I think Harry Kane needs to win a major trophy as an individual," Stam told ComeOn. "I've seen him play so many times now, especially lately, over the last couple of years, even at Bayern. It's a great team, and there's a lot of pressure there. If you watch him play, you see how effective he is—not only scoring goals but also dropping deeper, linking up the play, and his high work rate. I think he is a great, great professional."

Stam, who knows a thing or two about elite-level performance from his days at Manchester United and the Dutch national team, praised Kane's character as much as his skills. "Considering his character and great personality, he really needs to win a trophy. To me, he looks like the type of guy you want to see win a trophy because of his attitude and how he conducts himself within the team. Yes, for him, it would be very nice."

Interestingly, Stam couldn't help but revisit the "what if" of Kane's long-rumored move to Manchester United. "He was linked to Manchester United once, and we keep thinking about that, but we don't want to dwell on it anymore. However, he is the type of player we needed to score goals because, in every aspect, a striker needs to play like that."

The path is clear: if Kane can help Bayern Munich secure the domestic double and lead England to World Cup glory, it would be nearly impossible to deny him any individual honor. For a player who has consistently delivered at the highest level, that recognition would be the perfect cap to an already remarkable career.
