With just four minutes remaining, McClelland pounced on a loose ball in the box, securing her second goal of the match and the decisive win for the Iron in this pivotal Big 12 conference clash.

The game was a rollercoaster of momentum. McClelland had initially given Normal Community a 2-0 lead early in the second half, but Richwoods mounted a fierce comeback. Acosia Morris cut the deficit in the 65th minute, and Addison Sharpe completed the rally with an equalizer just eight minutes later, setting the stage for McClelland's dramatic winner in the 76th minute.
