Penn State guard Shaelyn Steele has committed to Lady Vols basketball out of the transfer portal, she announced April 24.

The 5-foot-6 sophomore started in eight of her 27 appearances for the Nittany Lions this season, averaging 12 minutes, 1.8 points, 1.1 assists and 1.1 steals. Steele's strongest performance was eight points, eight rebounds, four assists and two steals in a loss to Washington on Jan 21.
