First, a huge congratulations to last week's winner, Jack Rex of St. John Paul II Academy. The junior volleyball star powered his team to a 2-0 week with an incredible 51 kills and six aces, showcasing the kind of explosive athleticism that defines a true competitor.

On the baseball diamond, Brock Shaffer of St. Andrew's was a force, going 3-for-4 with a double and four RBIs in a commanding 20-0 win. Not to be outdone, Park Vista's Antonio Herrera was perfect at the plate, going 4-for-4 with four RBIs of his own in an 11-0 shutout.

In lacrosse, Jupiter's Luke Druhot controlled the game from the faceoff circle, going a perfect 9-for-9 and scooping up seven groundballs to fuel a 19-0 victory. On the track, Forest Hill's Jamarkus Emerson blazed to a first-place finish in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.03 seconds, proving pure speed is a game-changer.
