After two days of district championship competition, two dozen Pocono track and field athletes will compete for a state title.

After two intense days of competition at the District 11 track and field championships, the Poconos are sending a powerhouse delegation to the state meet in Shippensburg. A total of 24 athletes from six area schools have punched their tickets to the "Trip to Ship," either by winning their events or meeting the qualifying standards.

East Stroudsburg South emerged as the standout program, with four athletes claiming district gold. Kimora Woods dominated the 100-meter hurdles, while Olivia Robinson showed her strength in the shot put. On the boys' side, Elijah Couch rebounded from a tough 110-meter hurdles performance to take the 300-meter hurdles title, and Ivan Laubach battled through an injury to win the javelin.

Stroudsburg High School also celebrated a pair of champions. Senior Julia Grant continued her impressive season by winning the 400-meter dash, while Josh Ivers-Green cleared the high jump bar with a near-school-record effort to secure gold.

Pleasant Valley's Uriah Gearhart rounded out the list of gold medalists, winning the triple jump despite competing with a serious knee injury—a testament to his grit and determination.

Here's a look at all the state qualifiers from each Pocono school (East Stroudsburg North did not have any qualifiers):

East Stroudsburg South
Girls: Kimora Woods (100m hurdles), Olivia Robinson (shot put)
Boys: Elijah Couch (300m hurdles), Ivan Laubach (javelin)
