WHITEFISH — It was a day of dominance on the diamond as Tait Orme drove in four runs to lead the Whitefish Bulldogs to a commanding 14-1 victory over Libby in high school baseball action Tuesday.

The Bulldogs' pitching duo of Liam Krezowski and Reed Boyer was nearly untouchable, combining for a four-inning three-hitter. Krezowski worked 3 1/3 innings, allowing three hits and two walks while striking out two. Boyer closed the door with two strikeouts and two walks, ending the game early under the run rule.

Libby briefly tied the game at 1-1 in the second inning when Hunter Rooney walked and scored, but Whitefish answered with a seven-run explosion in the bottom of the frame. The Bulldogs kept the pressure on with six more runs in the third, putting the game out of reach.

The second inning featured a parade of extra-base hits, with Whitefish smacking five doubles. Luke Dalen's two-run double and Reyd Hobart's RBI double highlighted the rally. In the third, the Bulldogs loaded the bases before Orme delivered a two-run double. Finn Ryan then singled home Orme to make it 14-1. Orme added an RBI single in the fourth to cap his big day, while Drew Queen reached base four times via walks and scored three runs.

Elsewhere, Hamilton's Connor Quinn was in complete control on the mound, leading the Broncs to a three-inning run-rule victory over Ronan. The Chiefs managed just one hit—a double from Denzel Baltz in the first—against Quinn, who struck out four of the nine batters he faced. Hamilton's offense erupted for 15 runs in the first inning alone, powered by Brady DeMoss (two-run double, two-run triple, RBI single) and Boedy Tadvick, who drove in four runs. Quinn and Trevyn Bakken also contributed offensively.

In Bigfork, the Vikings rode a combined one-hitter from Mason Lewis and Max Schara to a run-rule win over Noxon. Lewis went three innings, allowing just a first-inning single to Michael Koskela and an unearned run while striking out four. Schara fanned four and walked one in two innings of relief. At the plate, Lewis tripled and scored twice, while the bottom of the order came up big—Ryder Hamilton and Wyatt Hickey combined for three hits, two doubles, two RBIs, and four runs scored. Bigfork scored in all four innings they batted, improving to 9-3 on the season.
