On offense, the Commanders have armed quarterback Jayden Daniels with new weapons, including former Buccaneers running back Rashaad White and rookie wide receiver Antonio Williams. There's even buzz that San Francisco 49ers wideout Brandon Aiyuk could be on his way to Washington, which would add another dynamic playmaker to the mix.

Of course, it's still early. No games have been played, and it's easy to look good in non-contact practices. But the foundation is there. The defense is rebuilt, the offense is deeper, and the energy is undeniable. Whether this translates to wins remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: things can't get any worse—and for Commanders fans, that's a reason to smile.
