FC Barcelona are set to take on Deportivo Alaves tonight at the Mendizorrotza Stadium, with the newly crowned La Liga champions looking to cap off their title celebrations with a victory on the road.

After securing the championship with a commanding 2-0 win over Real Madrid in El Clasico over the weekend, the Blaugrana now have their sights set on reaching the 100-point milestone in La Liga—a feat that would cement their dominance this season.

Manager Hansi Flick has released the squad list ahead of the trip to Vitoria, and there's a major boost for the team: defender Andreas Christensen is back in the squad for the first time since December. The Danish center-back has fully recovered from a partial ACL tear and has received the medical green light to return to action. It remains to be seen if he'll get some minutes off the bench tonight, but his presence alone is a welcome sight for Barcelona fans.

However, two key midfielders—Frenkie de Jong and Fermin Lopez—are notably absent from the squad, though the reasons for their omission have yet to be confirmed. In their place, youngster Tommy Marques has been called up to provide cover. Full-back Joao Cancelo is also missing from the list.

Winger Raphinha will be unavailable for the match as he serves a suspension due to an accumulation of yellow cards. On a brighter note, academy prospects Alvaro Cortes and Xavi Espart have earned spots in the squad and will be hoping to make an impact off the bench if given the opportunity.

As Barcelona look to build momentum heading into the final stretch of the season, all eyes will be on how the team balances celebrating their title win with maintaining their winning form on the pitch.
