Leeds United are gearing up for a crucial Premier League showdown at Elland Road this Sunday, welcoming Brighton and Hove Albion in a match that could set the tone for their season. After a gritty 1-1 draw away at Tottenham Hotspur, the Whites are riding a wave of confidence and will be eager to turn that momentum into a home victory.

Manager Daniel Farke is expected to shake things up with a 3-5-2 formation, and fans could see some fresh faces in the starting XI. Lukas Nmecha, Wilfried Gnonto, and Sebastiaan Bornauw are all tipped to feature from the kickoff, bringing energy and flair to the pitch.

Between the posts, Karl Darlow will look to build on his recent performance, having conceded just one goal in his last outing. In front of him, a defensive trio of Sebastiaan Bornauw, Jaka Bijol, and Joe Rodon will aim to form an impenetrable wall, with Sam Byram providing reliable cover from the bench.

In midfield, the engine room will be powered by Ao Tanaka, Ethan Ampadu, and Anton Stach, who will battle for control in the center of the park and look to create scoring opportunities. Out wide, James Justin will patrol the left flank, while Wilfried Gnonto's blistering pace will be unleashed on the right. Both wing-backs will be tasked with delivering dangerous crosses into the box to unsettle Brighton's defense.

Up front, the attacking duo of Lukas Nmecha and Dominic Calvert-Lewin will lead the charge. After Calvert-Lewin's penalty heroics against Tottenham, the pair will need to be relentless in their pursuit of goals if Leeds are to claim all three points. Sean Longstaff and Daniel James will be waiting in the wings, ready to make an impact off the bench in the second half.

With Elland Road set to be rocking, this promises to be a thrilling encounter. Will Leeds' new-look lineup deliver the fireworks?
