The Patriots parted ways with Stefon Diggs this offseason, but could there be a prospect in the 2026 NFL Draft who plays a similar game to Diggs that New England could consider?
CBS Sports draft analyst Mike Renner compared Texas A&M wide receiver KC Concepcion's playing style to that of Diggs.
"Concepcion is the type of athlete and route runner who can get open against any corner you put in front of him," Renner wrote on Wednesday.
The former Aggie wide receiver played three seasons of college football — two at North Carolina State before transferring to Texas A&M last season. He recorded 185 receptions, totaling 2,218 yards and 25 touchdowns over the course of 38 games.
Many experts expect Concepcion to be a middle to late first-round pick, which means he could still be available for the Patriots to select at No. 31.
If New England were to acquire Concepcion, he could potentially fill Diggs' role.
