Now that the 2026 NFL draft has concluded and the experts given their opinion on what they thought of the Denver Broncos' draft class, we give our own grade of the overall class.

In the 2026 NFL draft, the Broncos addressed some of their biggest holes, while also looking into the future. While offensive lineman Kage Casey will likely not start immediately, he can learn behind the man who he models he game after, Garett Bolles. At the same time, tight ends Dallen Bentley and Justin Joly may be able to get some rotational snaps in 2026, gaining valuable experience in Davis Webb's offense.

However, there may be at least two draft picks who could come in Day 1 and get snaps immediately. "Mr. Irrelevant" Red Murdock and running back Jonah Coleman may be able to step into roles behind starting figureheads like J.K. Dobbins, Alex Singleton and Justin Strnad.

Murdock could be a game-breaker in his own right, as he has a nose for turnovers, forcing an NCAA-record 17 fumbles in his college days at Buffalo.

While the fruits of this class may not come to bear this year, there is excitement around what this class could bring for the future of the franchise. Though some of these rookies will have to learn behind starters, each could contribute down the road, keeping the Broncos competitive for five to ten years down the line. This is a new, foundational core that will bring playmakers, protectors and defenders for quarterback Bo Nix and the rest of the team. The Broncos aren't rebuilding anymore. They are laying the cornerstones for success.
