The Los Angeles Chargers' 2026 roster is taking shape, and the newest Bolts have officially been assigned their jersey numbers. This first wave of free agency has brought key reinforcements to both sides of the ball, setting the stage for an exciting new era.
The headline addition is center Tyler Biadasz, who joins on a significant three-year deal. Tasked with filling the void left by the retired Bradley Bozeman, Biadasz will anchor the offensive line wearing number 63, bringing stability to a crucial position.
Looking to electrify the offense, the Chargers added speedster running back Keaton Mitchell, formerly of the Ravens. He'll be turning heads in the iconic number 34, bringing a dynamic, big-play threat to the backfield. He'll be joined by another former Raven, tight end Charlie Kolar, who will look to make an impact wearing the classic tight end number 88.
The offensive makeover continues with two players familiar to coordinator Mike McDaniel: fullback Alec Ingold (No. 49) and guard Cole Strange (No. 69), both from McDaniel's previous stop in Miami. They'll be bolstering the trenches alongside guard Kayode Awosika, who brings valuable experience from Detroit's top-tier offensive line and will wear number 74.
On the defensive side, the Chargers made a savvy pickup in veteran defensive tackle Dalvin Tomlinson. Released by Arizona, Tomlinson adds immediate run-stopping prowess to the interior and will suit up in number 94.
With these numbers now official, fans can start envisioning the new-look Chargers. While free agency has addressed several needs, all eyes now turn to the upcoming NFL Draft, where the team will look to cement the foundation for a successful 2026 campaign.
