Norwich City Women player of the season Grace Riglar has signed a contract extension ahead of their biggest game of the season.
Riglar joined the Canaries from Blackburn Rovers last summer and has scored 20 goals this season despite playing in central defence.
They missed out on automatic promotion by finishing second behind Fulham in Women's National League Division One South East.
But victory over Moneyfields, from Portsmouth, in a play-off game at the Pirelli Stadium in Burton-upon-Trent on Sunday would see them reach the third tier of the women's game.
"It's obviously a really exciting time to be part of Norwich City at the moment and the journey that we're going on as a team," Riglar told the club website.
"Since joining last summer, she has made a fantastic impact on the pitch, while also driving professional standards off the pitch within the environment," added head of women's football Flo Allen.
"Grace is a player we firmly believe has a long-term future at Norwich City and she will continue to play a key role in the club's future growth and development."
The women's team became fully integrated into Norwich City four years ago and last summer put some of their players on professional contracts for the first time.
