Class of 2027 four-star wide receiver Cade Cooper narrowed his list of schools to six and Nebraska football made the cut. Notre Dame, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Georgia, and Ole Miss also made the list for the playmaker.
Cooper is the No. 50 wide receiver in his class and the No. 12 player in his class from the state of Pennsylvania per the Rivals Industry Rankings. He is a four-star recruit.
Cooper has a busy schedule ahead of him. He is set to visit Ole Miss on Friday and visited Notre Dame at the end of March. He also has another visit scheduled to Ole Miss on May 29, which will be an official visit. Georgia Tech on June 5 and Notre Dame on June 12 also round out the visit schedule.
Cooper measures in at six-foot-two, 190 pounds. Nebraska has done a solid job of building the wide receiver room over the past couple of classes. Cooper would be a nice addition to the class that ranks No. 14 in the country, according to the Rivals Industry Rankings
The wide receiver would be a nice get for a class that already features tremendous offensive talent. The class of course is headlined by quarterback Trae Taylor, and a commitment from Cooper would surround the quarterback with additional weapons.
