The Philadelphia 76ers have more important matters to attend to at the moment as they have their focus set on the Boston Celtics in Round 1 of the playoffs, but they received some draft news on Monday.
The Sixers acquired a first-round pick from the Oklahoma City Thunder in the Jared McCain trade back at the deadline in February. The pick was via the Houston Rockets who had to undergo a tiebreaker with the Cleveland Cavaliers to determine where the pick was going to land in the draft order.
Per an NBA release, it had a random drawing with the Rockets winning the tiebreaker with the Cavs and landing at No. 22 in the order. Due to the trade between the Thunder and the Sixers, that No. 22 pick will be Philadelphia's.

The first round of the NBA draft will take place on June 23, with the second-round taking place the next day on June 24. The Sixers will now have to do their due diligence to add another young piece to this roster.
