SIOUX CITY, IA (KCAU) – Musketeers fans filled the IBP Ice Center to the brim for the first game of the Muskies’ first playoff slate matchup, where they beat the Tri-City Storm 4-3 in OT!
Daniil Butin put the Green and Gold on the board only 1:04 into the game. The second goal came from Gavin Garry later in the first.
Tri-City would finally get on the board in the second period, but they were answered by Luke Garry to make it 3-1.
The Storm would add on two more goals to force an OT, where Ashton Schultz would put it to bed 4-3!
Game two will begin Saturday at 6:05 PM at the IBP Ice Center.
