Eli Junior Kroupi is writing his name into Premier League history books. The 19-year-old Bournemouth striker scored from the penalty spot in a dominant 3-0 home win over Crystal Palace over the weekend, notching his 12th league goal of the season.

That tally places him in rarefied air. Since the Premier League's formation in 1992, only two other teenagers have scored 12 goals in their debut campaign: Robbie Fowler and Robbie Keane. Both went on to enjoy prolific, celebrated careers as top-flight strikers. Kroupi has now matched their feat with three games still to play, meaning he has a genuine shot at breaking the outright record.

To put his achievement in perspective, only four teenagers in Premier League history have reached double-digit goals in their debut season. Kevin Gallen scored 10 for QPR in 1994/95, and a young Ryan Giggs bagged nine for Manchester United in the very first Premier League season. Kroupi has already surpassed them all.

It's no surprise that such a precocious talent is attracting attention from Europe's elite. Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United, and Manchester City have all been linked with the youngster, while Spanish giants Barcelona have reportedly entered the race as well.

For now, though, Bournemouth fans are simply enjoying watching a rising star make his mark. With every goal, Kroupi isn't just helping his team—he's etching his name alongside some of the greatest young talents the Premier League has ever seen.
