Happy Sunday, TOC Nation! And a special shout-out to all the amazing moms out there—especially Dorothy Izzo. We hope you're having a fantastic Mother's Day.
This past week, we dropped a couple of surveys in The Feed, and we want to remind you that this is now your go-to spot for weekly questions. Keep an eye on that section of the homepage, and let's aim for even bigger vote counts in the weeks ahead!
Survey #1: The Final Roster Spot
Our first poll asked what will happen with the one open spot on next year's basketball roster. Half of you predicted the spot will go unused—a strategic move that keeps flexibility for the future. Among those expecting an addition, nearly all votes pointed to a backcourt player, likely someone to fill a third-string role. It's clear Spartan fans are thinking ahead about depth and balance.
Survey #2: NCAA Tournament Expansion
The second question tackled the big news: the NCAA Tournament is expanding from 68 to 76 teams. Unsurprisingly, 100% of respondents said they're opposed to the change. The comments were lively, with concerns about the NIT's future and the challenge of filling out brackets with more teams and less time. It's safe to say TOC Nation prefers the classic 68-team format.
Got a question you'd like to see in next week's survey? Drop it in the comments below. Let's keep the conversation going!
