Week 3 of the Michigan Girls High School Flag Football League brought the heat, and the Hometown Life region's rising stars didn't disappoint. From electrifying touchdown passes to game-changing interceptions, these athletes are proving that flag football is more than just a pastime—it's a powerhouse sport on the rise. Taylor Chrzanowski was a force under center, completing 17 of 26 passes for 228 yards and six touchdowns, plus five one-point conversion passes. She also added a seven-yard rush, a pass breakup, and an interception on defense. Her favorite target? Brooke Schabel, who hauled in 10 receptions for 79 yards and two touchdowns, along with three conversion catches and a four-yard run. Elise Tappy chipped in with five catches for 63 yards and two scores, plus two rushes for 37 yards and a 31-yard pick-six. Lili Vettraino made her mark with a 19-yard touchdown reception, two sacks, six quarterback hurries, and four tackles for loss. Jenna Chrzanowski added a 20-yard interception return for a touchdown and three QB hurries. On the other side, Gretchen Leighton Kruger completed 5 of 10 passes for 63 yards but threw three interceptions, while adding a five-yard rush, a pass breakup, and two hurries.

In a tight battle, Ann Arbor Father Gabriel Richard edged out the P-CEP Prowlers 8-6. Reagan Fault led the way with 16 rushes for 75 yards and a touchdown, plus a 12-yard pass and a 42-yard interception return for a score. Olivia Berenson completed 2 of 8 passes for 33 yards with an interception, adding two rushes for minus-eight yards. Violet Culp was a defensive menace with two sacks, three tackles for loss, four QB hurries, and a safety. Erin Lanigan snagged an interception for 16 yards, broke up a pass, and added a minus-three-yard rush. Eileena Chinyadza starred with seven rushes for 118 yards and a touchdown, plus a six-yard reception. Charlie Lindstrom completed 4 of 9 passes for 44 yards with an interception and a minus-five-yard rush. Mikayla Roberts went 2 of 9 for 26 yards with an interception, added a minus-five-yard rush, and caught three passes for 14 yards. Eva Kontos shined with 14 of 27 passing for 163 yards and a touchdown, plus two one-point conversion passes.
