Robinson, who is rated as high as the No. 44 overall prospect nationally by ESPN, has visited Ann Arbor twice recently, with the latest trip solidifying the Wolverines' position.

This momentum is a testament to the new era under head coach Kyle Whittingham, who is building a formidable recruiting pipeline. Robinson, a dynamic athlete also starring in track and field with a blistering 100-meter dash time, represents a major priority. His recruitment follows Michigan's recent success in landing the top running back of the 2026 class, five-star Savion Hiter.

While Michigan currently holds the edge, the race is far from over. Robinson has a busy visit schedule ahead, including an official visit to Ann Arbor on June 12, with stops also planned at Arizona State, Miami, Alabama, and Tennessee.
