Former Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Tommy Pham was designated for assignment by the New York Mets on Monday.

Pham has appeared in 1,250 career regular season MLB games with 10 teams, including 120 contests with the Pirates during the 2025 campaign.
The 38-year-old finished last season with 10 home runs, 52 RBIs and a .245/.330/.370 slash line over 449 plate appearances.
Pham was 0-for-13 in nine games with the Mets this spring.
