The TCU men's basketball roster continues to see movement this offseason, with Lithuanian wing Liutauras Lelevicius becoming the latest Horned Frog to enter the transfer portal. The 6-foot-7 junior departs after just one season in Fort Worth, where he carved out a significant role as a reliable two-way contributor.
Lelevicius brought a steady presence to the court, appearing in 34 games and making 22 starts during the 2025-26 campaign. He averaged 8.0 points and 3.4 rebounds per game, but his true value shone through his efficient shooting. He connected on 38.0% of his attempts from beyond the arc and led the entire team with an impressive 88.7% clip from the free-throw line, showcasing the kind of clutch, high-percentage play that coaches covet.
His decision marks a significant loss for TCU's perimeter depth. Lelevicius is the fifth Horned Frog to enter the portal this cycle, joining a list that includes Jace Posey, RJ Jones, Ashton Simmons, and Kayden Edwards. With senior starter Jayden Pierre also moving on, the backcourt and wing positions are undergoing a major reshuffle. As of now, only Brock Harding and Tanner Toolson are projected as experienced returnees for next winter, putting a premium on head coach Jamie Dixon's ability to reload via the portal.
Before his stint at TCU, Lelevicius spent two seasons at Oregon State, where he averaged 8.7 points and 4.0 rebounds as a sophomore. His combination of size, shooting touch, and experience will undoubtedly make him an attractive target for programs looking to bolster their lineup, as the transfer portal continues to reshape college basketball rosters across the nation.
