Ravens tight end Mark Andrews says the team's urgency for a Super Bowl remains high after offseason changes.

The Baltimore Ravens are entering a new era, but their ultimate goal remains unchanged. After an offseason marked by significant changes—including new head coach Jesse Minter, first-year offensive coordinator Declan Doyle, and the return of defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver—the team's focus is squarely on finishing the job. For star tight end Mark Andrews, that means the urgency to win a Super Bowl has never been higher.

Speaking as the team's offseason program continues, Andrews emphasized that the roster turnover and fresh coaching perspectives have only sharpened the team's resolve. "The more you go through in life and football, the urgency has to pick up," Andrews stated. "We haven't gotten to our end goal, and that's apparent, but we're going to put the work in."

Entering his eighth NFL season, Andrews stands as a veteran leader on an offense that aims to rebound. Protecting franchise quarterback Lamar Jackson, who battled injuries last season, is a clear priority, with upgrades on the offensive line likely in the works. General Manager Eric DeCosta also has valuable draft capital to help reload the roster.

Despite the new faces and schemes, the core expectation in Baltimore is unwavering. "I'm excited about all the little changes... being able to elevate ourselves to make it to that point," Andrews said. "There's a lot of work between now and then, but everybody's here doing the work." For the Ravens and their fans, that work is all about transforming urgency into a championship.
