Amaya Battle, the point guard from Hopkins who helped lead Minnesota to the Sweet 16 this spring, was one of three training camp players waived by the Lynx on Wednesday.

Forwards Ra Shaya Kyle and Sakima Walker were the others.

The Lynx will play an exhibition game against expansion Toronto on Friday at Target Center, the last before the team’s regular-season opener on May 10. Tip is set for 7 p.m.
