Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker has reportedly set his sights on a move to Juventus this summer, but the Serie A giants face a tough task convincing the Reds to part with their Brazilian shot-stopper.

The 33-year-old has been a cornerstone at Anfield since his arrival in 2018, but with Juventus looking to overhaul their goalkeeping department, Alisson has emerged as their primary target. Current No.1 Michele Di Gregorio has struggled with consistency since replacing Wojciech Szczesny in 2024, while Mattia Perin, despite solid performances, isn't viewed as a long-term solution.

Alisson's connection to Juventus manager Luciano Spalletti adds an intriguing layer to the story. The pair worked together during the 2016/17 season at Roma, where Alisson honed the skills that would later make him one of the world's elite goalkeepers.

According to reports, Alisson has given the green light to personal terms, with Juventus preparing a three-year contract worth €15 million annually. However, Liverpool have yet to budge, still considering the Brazilian their first-choice despite having Georgian international Giorgi Mamardashvili waiting in the wings as his long-term successor.

The Reds recently exercised their option to extend Alisson's contract through June 2027, signaling their desire to keep him for at least another season. While Liverpool may not want to force a stay on a player who has given them exceptional service, the ball is now in Juventus' court to find a club-to-club solution.

Transfermarkt values Alisson at around €17 million, but with the keeper turning 34 next season, Juventus will likely look to negotiate a fee below that figure. For now, the transfer saga remains in the balance, with Alisson's desire to move clashing with Liverpool's plans to hold onto their star goalkeeper.
