Barcelona have done it again. The Catalan giants secured their seventh consecutive Liga F title on match day 26, cruising to a 4-1 derby victory over Espanyol to claim their second trophy of what could be a historic quadruple this season.

The match was brought forward to April 22 due to Barcelona's Women's Champions League semi-final commitments, but the early date didn't disrupt their rhythm. Carla Julià Martínez needed just two minutes to put the Blaugrana ahead, drilling a low shot into the far bottom corner. Espanyol briefly levelled through Laia Balleste's penalty, but Caroline Graham Hansen quickly restored Barcelona's lead with a brilliant solo run, latching onto Clara Serrajordi's inch-perfect through ball and finishing neatly past the onrushing Romy Salvador.

Martine Fenger then took centre stage in the second half, netting a brace to wrap up a convincing 4-1 win. With the Supercopa de España already in the bag, Barcelona now turn their attention to adding the Champions League and Copa de la Reina to their growing collection.

Elsewhere, Real Madrid's title hopes took another hit as they conceded deep into stoppage time in a frustrating 1-1 draw against DUX Logroño. Linda Caicedo gave Las Blancas the perfect start, scoring after just four minutes with a composed finish after linking up with Alba Redondo. But Real Madrid failed to convert numerous chances to extend their lead, and it proved costly. In the 11th minute of stoppage time, Annelie Leitner headed home from a long ball forward, leaving Real Madrid to rue their missed opportunities.

The dropped points allowed Real Sociedad to close the gap to second-placed Real Madrid to just three points, while maintaining an eight-point cushion over the chasing pack. DUX Logroño, meanwhile, remain five points clear of the relegation zone, a vital result in their fight for survival.
