What a night for Onnika Lawrence! The Columbia Falls standout went a perfect 5-for-5 at the plate, driving in four runs and crossing home five times as the Wildkats pounded out 20 hits in a dominant 22-5 victory over Ronan on Tuesday.

The game was tighter than the final score suggests early on. Columbia Falls (12-5) held a slim 4-2 lead heading into the fourth inning before the offense exploded. They plated six runs in the fifth and poured it on with an 11-run seventh inning that featured three Ronan errors and 15 Wildkat batters coming to the plate.

Lawrence was joined by Katie Bulawsky and Bella Mann, who each crushed two doubles. Mann and Kylie Gjesdal-Davis drove in three runs apiece, while Kendal Moultray and leadoff hitter Alexa Friske each scored three times. Kylor Geitze and Chevelle Bedford chipped in with two RBIs each.

The fourth-inning rally started with Bedford's triple, followed by Mann's RBI double and Lawrence's two-run double—the kind of clutch hitting that turns a close game into a rout.

In the circle, Bulawsky started and worked five solid innings, allowing just five hits and two walks while striking out five. Ella Branstetter closed things out, surrendering three runs (one earned) with a strikeout. The game ended after six innings due to the run rule.

For Ronan (6-9), Marie Cheff provided a bright spot with a two-run homer in the third inning. Sierra McGreevey collected three of the Maidens' six hits, including an RBI double in the sixth.

Meanwhile, over in Browning, Polson's Maddie Turner was unhittable. She tossed a three-inning no-hitter, striking out five batters in a dominant performance. Ahri Rushing added three hits and scored three times for the Lady Pirates (8-9).

Natalie Nash had a double and triple, driving in two runs and scoring twice. Turner helped her own cause with a double among her two hits and two RBIs. Adrienne Crockett drove in three runs, Kendyl Jaeger had two RBIs, and Graci Hammer crossed the plate three times in the offensive showcase.
