Barcelona star forward Lamine Yamal left Tuesday's LaLiga game against Celta Vigo with an injury... right after scoring on a penalty kick.

The 18-year-old phenom, per ESPN's Sam Marsden, seemed to indicate his hamstring was hurting as he motioned for medical staff to attend to him on the pitch.

Obviously, Barcelona does not want to lose Yamal for any duration of time in LaLiga competition. He was reportedly able to walk off under his own power but did not return to the game.

While there is social media speculation that this could be a meaningful injury for Yamal that may hold him out for a bit, nothing has been confirmed on his status.

He could hypothetically miss May 10's anticipated El Clásico match against Real Madrid if the injury is serious enough. We'll keep you updated once we know more about his status.

We're not sure of the injury's severity right now, but you can't rule it out, necessarily.
