Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart and the New York Knicks are back in the Eastern Conference finals, tying the NBA postseason record with 25 3-pointers in front of a raucous crowd rooting for the road team and rolling past the Philadelphia 76ers 144-114 on Sunday to sweep the second-round series. Deuce McBride hit seven 3-pointers, going 4 for 4 in the first quarter when the Knicks had another record with 11, and scored 25 points. Brunson had 22 points and Hart and Karl-Anthony Towns each scored 17 in the Knicks’ latest lopsided playoff victory.

The New York Knicks are heading back to the Eastern Conference finals for the second straight year—and they did it in record-breaking fashion. On Sunday, the Knicks tied an NBA postseason record by draining 25 three-pointers, rolling past the Philadelphia 76ers 144-114 in Game 4 to complete a second-round sweep. The raucous crowd in Philadelphia was firmly behind the road team, but it was New York's sharpshooting that stole the show.

Deuce McBride was the star of the night, knocking down seven three-pointers—including a perfect 4-for-4 in the first quarter—and finishing with 25 points. The Knicks set another record in that opening frame, drilling 11 threes before the buzzer. Jalen Brunson added 22 points, while Josh Hart and Karl-Anthony Towns each chipped in 17 as New York cruised to another lopsided playoff win.

This marks the second straight season the Knicks have reached the Eastern Conference finals. Last year, they made it that far for the first time in 25 years before falling to the Indiana Pacers. That loss led to a coaching change, with Tom Thibodeau replaced by Mike Brown. Under Brown, the Knicks have now won seven straight playoff games, dating back to the final three contests of their first-round series against Atlanta.

Next up for New York is a matchup against the winner of the Cleveland-Detroit series, which the Pistons currently lead 2-1. With their hot hand from deep and a defense that's clicking at the right time, the Knicks look poised to make another deep run.

In other playoff action, the Minnesota Timberwolves evened their second-round series against San Antonio with a 107-101 win in Game 4. Anthony Edwards erupted for 36 points, including 16 in the fourth quarter, while the Spurs played without star Victor Wembanyama, who was ejected early in the second quarter after elbowing Naz Reid in the neck. Reid finished with 15 points and nine rebounds, and Rudy Gobert came up big down the stretch with a key three-point play and a dunk to seal the victory.
