Kim Caldwell and the Lady Vols stole the thunder on the final day of the 2026 NFL Draft.

While fans and media were busy watching to see who landed where in the draft, Caldwell and her staff were busy getting work done in the NCAA transfer portal.

The Lady Vols added two big-time transfer additions on Saturday evening.

First, Tennessee landed a commitment from Seton Hall transfer Jada Eads, a 5-foot-7 guard from Orlando, FL.

Eads averaged 10.6 points per game as a sophomore before tearing her ACL this past season. She’s averaging 12.7 points per game for her college career. Eads was named to the All-Big East first team as a true freshman.

The Lady Vols kept the good vibes going by also landing Texas transfer Aaliyah Moore on Saturday.

Moore is a 6-foot-1 forward from Moore, OK. She’s averaging 8.9 points and 4.7 rebounds per game over her college career. Moore has one season of eligibility remaining after missing all of last season due to having surgery on both knees.

Caldwell and the Lady Vols have now landed 10 transfer additions to go along with two high school signees.

After losing every player from last year’s team (to either the portal or eligibility), Caldwell now has 12 players on her roster.

It’s been a heck of a month for the Lady Vols after a tough end to the season.

The real work, however, starts once these players get on campus.
