The Houston Rockets are on the road on Tuesday night as they travel to take on the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 2 of the first round of the NBA Playoffs.

For the Rockets, they enter Tuesday’s game trailing 0-1 in the series after losing on the road to the Lakers in Game 1 on Saturday night.

Now Houston will try to bounce back on Tuesday as they try to steal a victory on the road over Los Angeles to avoid falling into an 0-2 hole before heading home for Game 3.

While the Rockets are looking to pick up a victory in Game 2 on Tuesday night to tie the series at 1-1, they may be without one of their star players due to injury.

For the Rockets, they have three players listed on their injury report for Tuesday’s game, including star forward Kevin Durant.

Houston has listed Durant as questionable due to a right knee contusion and he is in danger of missing his second straight game to begin the playoffs after he sat out their loss in Game 1 on Saturday.

If Durant is sidelined once again on Tuesday, Reed Sheppard and Josh Okogie could both continue to have larger roles while the Rockets will likely rely on Alperen Sengun and Amen Thompson to carry the load offensively.

The Rockets have also ruled out Fred VanVleet as he continues to recover from a torn ACL that he suffered in the offseason while Steven Adams will miss the remainder of the season while recovering from ankle surgery.

Fans can catch Game 2 of the first-round series between the Rockets and Lakers from Los Angeles on Tuesday night at 10:30 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock.
