Julia Kipperman continues to cement her status as one of the top players on the Cape and Islands—and across the state. In Saturday's dominant 18-9 win over Hampshire Regional, the Nauset High girls lacrosse star put on a scoring clinic, netting an incredible 10 goals.

But Kipperman wasn't alone in the highlight reel. Meg Sullivan added four goals of her own, Chloe Violet chipped in with two, and Reese Ferguson and Kapka Thompson each found the back of the net once. Between the pipes, Norah Swanson was a wall, making 12 saves to help secure the victory.

Elsewhere on the Cape, St. John Paul II snapped a three-game skid with a commanding 19-7 win over Monson, improving to 5-8 on the season.

Martha's Vineyard pulled off an impressive upset, taking down previously strong Dennis-Yarmouth 18-7. The Vineyarders (4-7) earned their first win since April 8, while the Dolphins dropped to 8-3.

In baseball action, Martha's Vineyard recorded their first shutout of the season with a 6-0 win over Cohasset. Lathrop Keene was the star of the day, throwing a complete game while scattering just three hits and striking out nine. He also helped his own cause with a home run. Jason Alton added a triple, two runs scored, and an RBI, while Max Metell chipped in an RBI double and a run scored.

St. John Paul II bounced back from a tough loss the day before, defeating Archbishop Williams 8-4 to improve to 12-2. Henry Roy earned the win with 4 1/3 innings of work, allowing six hits and three earned runs while striking out seven. Drew Richards locked down the save with 2 2/3 hitless, scoreless innings. At the plate, Logan Our went 1-for-1 with a double and three walks, Roy drove in two runs, and Sam Scioletti went 2-for-3 with two RBIs.

Nantucket snapped a three-game losing streak with a thrilling 13-12 win over Brighton, improving to 8-6 on the year.

From lacrosse to baseball, it was a day full of standout performances across Cape Cod and the Islands—proof that the region's young athletes are playing at an elite level.
