The Chicago Bulls may be without multiple key players in Thursday night's game against the Washington Wizards.

The Chicago Bulls head into Thursday night's road game against the Washington Wizards with significant injury concerns, potentially testing their depth as they look to close the season strong. Fresh off a dominant road win against the same Wizards team on Tuesday, the Bulls will aim for a repeat performance, but their roster will look considerably different.

Headlining a lengthy injury report are guards Josh Giddey and rookie Matas Buzelis. Giddey has been ruled out for a third straight game due to hamstring strain management, while Buzelis will also miss his third consecutive contest due to illness. Their absences remove key playmaking and scoring options from Chicago's rotation.

The Bulls' frontcourt is also depleted. Nick Richards (elbow) and Anfernee Simons (fractured wrist) remain sidelined, while Zach Collins, Noa Essengue, and Jalen Smith have all been shut down for the remainder of the season. This creates a major opportunity for other players to step up and prove their value in these final games.

There is some positive news for Chicago's lineup. Collin Sexton (finger), Patrick Williams (thumb), and Lachlan Olbrich (foot) are all listed as probable and expected to suit up. The status of Isaac Okoro, however, is up in the air; he's considered questionable after suffering a left quad contusion in Tuesday's victory.

With the playoffs out of reach, these final matchups become auditions for next season. How the available Bulls players perform against the Wizards could influence offseason decisions and rotations. Tip-off from Capital One Arena is set for 7:00 p.m. ET.
