Sadiq is very bullish.

When the New York Jets selected tight end Kenyon Sadiq in the first round of the draft, it raised more than a few eyebrows. After all, the AFC East squad already had Mason Taylor and Jeremy Ruckert in the tight end room. But if you ask Sadiq himself, this trio isn't a question mark—it's a three-headed monster waiting to be unleashed.

"He [Taylor] does a lot of things really well, whether it's the run game or the pass game," Sadiq said via the team's official website. "But I think the possibilities are endless. And even with Jeremy [Ruckert] in there, really, they can do whatever they want. And I think it's pretty unique and pretty cool, and it kind of just opens it for everyone."

Sadiq's arrival gives quarterback Geno Smith another dynamic weapon alongside stars like Garrett Wilson and Breece Hall. While Taylor and Ruckert bring their own strengths, Sadiq's athletic profile and pass-catching ability could make him the go-to option in the red zone and on third downs. For a Jets offense looking to take the next step, that kind of versatility is gold.

Of course, training camp will tell the real story. But if Sadiq's confidence is any indicator, he's ready to hit the ground running. With his blend of size, speed, and hands, don't be surprised if this rookie tight end turns heads from Day 1.
