There are plenty of rumors surrounding the NFL draft that starts on Thursday night, one of them has been about where Notre Dame star running back Jeremiyah Love could land.
Teams have been diligently research who they want to pick who fits best in their organization and it’s looking like Love could go a bit higher than where some have previously mocked him to. ESPN insider Adam Schefter went to social media and said that “there is growing chatter in league circles that Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love is in play with Arizona at No. 3 overall.”
There is a caveat here however, as he went on to say that the Cardinals are also looking at options to trade out of the spot and acquire more picks, so this just could be a ploy to get other teams to ante up to grab Love.
Regardless of where he ends up, it is very much looking like he’s going off the board within the first five picks of round one.
