
Apr. 21—FERGUS FALLS — The Bemidji High School boys tennis team didn't have a blemish at the Fergus Falls triangular on Monday.
The Lumberjacks defeated both Fergus Falls and Moorhead 7-0, never losing a set. The Lumberjacks are now 9-1.
Against the Otters, Elihu Broten had a clean sweep in No. 4 singles, going 6-0, 6-0 over Brody King. Ethan Frank and Peter Mathews also had a 6-0, 6-0 win in No. 2 doubles.
Blake Friese had to battle to get his victory in No. 2 singles against the Spuds. He won the first set 7-5 before taking the match with a 6-3 second-set win.
