Delhi Capitals are training at the BCCI's Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru. This is the first time an IPL team has used the facility. The team is preparing for their upcoming match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Delhi Capitals have won and lost two matches so far in the IPL-2026 season.

The Delhi Capitals are making history this IPL season, becoming the first franchise ever to train at the prestigious BCCI Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bengaluru. This state-of-the-art facility, inaugurated in 2024, is now hosting the Capitals for a crucial two-day camp as they fine-tune their preparations.

With a big match against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru looming on April 18th, the team is leveraging every advantage. The camp, which includes evening sessions under the lights, is a strategic move to acclimate to local conditions ahead of the high-stakes clash at the Chinnaswamy Stadium.

Currently positioned fifth in the table with two wins and two losses, the Axar Patel-led side is looking to build momentum. After a tough 23-run loss to the Chennai Super Kings in their last outing, this exclusive access to the BCCI's premier training center could provide the technical edge they need to climb the standings and challenge for a playoff spot.
