Inter Miami is making history—and it's not just about what's happening on the pitch. For the first time, the South Florida MLS franchise is taking an equity stake in a brand partner, signaling a bold new chapter in sports sponsorship.

On Thursday, the club announced a multiyear deal with Prenetics, a health and longevity company. Its subsidiary, IM8, will become Inter Miami's exclusive supplements partner. While financial terms and the size of Inter Miami's ownership interest remain undisclosed, the move underscores a growing trend of teams investing directly in the brands they promote.

This partnership is the latest in a string of high-profile deals for Inter Miami, now the most valuable team in MLS at an eye-popping $1.45 billion. Since the start of the year alone, the club has added or expanded partnerships with global names like Adidas, Lowe's, Publix, Modelo, Audi, and Ergo Next Insurance. The momentum shows no signs of slowing down.

Off the field, Inter Miami is also making waves. In April, the team moved into a brand-new, 26,700-seat stadium, securing a naming rights deal with Brazilian digital financial services company Nu. According to Sportico, it's one of the largest naming rights agreements ever for a soccer-specific stadium in MLS history.

It's no surprise that IM8 is part of this elite roster. The supplements brand was co-founded by David Beckham, who also co-owns Inter Miami alongside Jorge and Jose Mas. Launched in 2024, IM8 achieved over $100 million in annual recurring revenue in just 11 months. To date, it has delivered more than 24 million servings of its products to over 800,000 customers across 40 countries. IM8 projects its 2026 revenue to land between $180 million and $200 million.

Beckham isn't the only star athlete with a stake in Prenetics. The company's cap table includes two-time NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, four-time Grand Slam tennis champion Aryna Sabalenka, and Formula 1 driver Ollie Bearman.

Under the new deal, IM8 will have a visible presence at Inter Miami's training center, with its products available to all players and staff. Fans can also expect to see the brand featured across Nu Stadium, including LED field-level signage, concourse displays, and scoreboard placements.

For athletes and fans alike, this partnership represents more than just a logo on a jersey—it's a commitment to performance, health, and longevity, straight from the pitch to your daily routine.
