After a tough second season in the NFL, Buffalo Bills defensive lineman has provided an injury update.

Carter tore his Achilles prior to the 2025 NFL season. In his rookie year, Carter had 14 tackles, including five for loss, with three QB hits and a pass defended in 11 games played.

But Carter told the "Centered on Buffalo with Eric Wood podcast" he expects to be back by 2026 training camp.

“Yep, I’ll be ready to go,” Carter said. “I’m excited. I’m really excited.”With the change in defensive scheme under new coordinator Jim Leonhard, it remains to be see how Carter fits in next season.
