The NFL is taking its show on the road in a big way for 2026. The league has just announced a record-breaking international series schedule that will feature nine games across seven different countries. That’s more overseas action than ever before, and it includes two nations hosting their first-ever regular season games: Australia and France.

If you’re a fan in the U.S., you might want to start planning your travel budget now. The nine international matchups shatter last year's record of seven games abroad, while the seven host countries make this the most diverse international slate in NFL history—up from five countries in 2025.

The NFL had already revealed which teams would serve as the “home” sides for each international game, as well as the “away” teams for the games in Australia and Brazil back in September. But the full matchups for the remaining seven games were only confirmed with the league’s schedule release on May 14.
