One of the best 1-2 punches in the circle this spring were at it again on Monday afternoon. Peyton Holter and Brenna Carver tossed a no-hitter to lead the Riverhawks past the Vikings 10-1 at home to stay unbeaten in the C2BL.

Holter earned the start and went four strong with four strikeouts, then Carver took over the final three frames and struck out six. The lone run was unearned and they both threw the same amount of pitches (53) and strikes (35).

Toledo (10-1, 3-0 C2BL) scored in six innings with Zaya Norberg, Kailea Lairson and Taysia Miller all recording three hits. Lairson roped two triples while Norberg scored three times; both drove in two runs.

Mossyrock (4-7, 0-2) scored its run in the top of the sixth when Annika Ball scored on a wild pitch. The Vikings take on Toutle Lake on Thursday while the Riverhawks battle 3A Kelso on Tuesday.
