—Rochester Century's Brennan Weckwerth staked his claim to Big Nine supremacy, as did his team. Weckwerth shot a 3-over-par 74 at Mankato Golf Club to earn medalist honors at the Big Nine Conference midseason meet. He also led the Panthers to the team title, with a 309. That was good for a one-shot win over runner-up Albert Lea. Weckwerth finished one stroke in front of four golfers who tied for second place, at 75, including Winona's Logan Larsen, Austin's Elijah Krueger, Red Wing's Hudson Caverly and Mankato East's Landen Haglin. Mayo placed 10th (344) and John Marshall finished 12th (365).
