Yesterday's Icon League play-ins delivered nonstop drama, with two teams punching their tickets to the semifinals and individual stars stepping up when it mattered most. Here's our Team of the Play-ins—the players who made the difference.

In goal, Alex Taach was simply unbeatable. The Two Stripes United keeper made 19 saves against Fokus Eagles, anchoring his team's semifinal run. His heroics come as no surprise—he's already earned a spot on Germany's national mini-football team for the European Championship in Tirana.

Kaies Alaisame (Two Stripes United) was equally influential, setting up two goals in regular time before sealing the win with a stunning top-corner strike in overtime. He didn't just help his team advance—he took control.

FC Berlin City's Noah Jones delivered a performance for the ages in their 12-11 thriller against Plyrs United. Scoring four goals, including the overtime winner, he carried his team to the semifinals in spectacular fashion.

Former Germany international Marcel Halstenberg reminded everyone of his class, firing a hat-trick and adding an assist to lead Bürgeramt past The Pack FC. The win sends them to the quarterfinals, while The Pack's season ends.

Rounding out the lineup is Ian Prescott, who lit up the pitch for the Wontorriors. The 33-year-old was involved in six of his team's eight goals against the Berlin Underdogs—three assists and three scores, including a Rulebreaker one-on-one finish. His performance had team boss Laura Wontorra beaming from the sidelines.
