‘He Has Never Faced Power Like Mine’ – Abdulla Dayakaev Promises A Devastating Knockout Against Superlek

The Dagestani finisher eyes the most significant victory of his career at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok on May 15.

Abdulla "Smash Boy" Dayakaev is ready to deliver a statement that will echo through the striking world. The Dagestani knockout artist, who trains out of Pattaya, has called out the best, prepared for the best, and now he's set to prove he belongs among the elite.

On Friday, May 15, Dayakaev steps into the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok to face reigning ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Champion Superlek "The Kicking Machine" in a bantamweight Muay Thai showdown. The event streams exclusively for members in Asia primetime on live.onefc.com.

At just 24 years old, Dayakaev carries an 8-2 record in ONE Championship, built on a foundation of sharp combinations and relentless pressure. Representing Team Mehdi Zatout, he's earned a reputation as one of the division's most dangerous finishers. But his last outing in January ended in a tough knockout loss to Rambolek Chor Ajalaboon—who went on to capture the ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title in his next fight.

Rather than discouraging him, that defeat has only fueled the Russian striker's fire. And there's nothing accidental about the opponent he's chosen for his biggest statement yet.

"I've prepared very well, and I'm more than ready for this fight," Dayakaev said. "The reason I called him out is because he's ranked number one. There's no other reason. Right now, I believe he's the best fighter out there."

Superlek, a 30-year-old from Buriram, brings a staggering 139 career wins and a 15-3 ONE record. He's a former ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion and the reigning flyweight kickboxing king, with victories over some of the most decorated names in striking. He has never been knocked out in his promotional career and is widely regarded as one of the finest pound-for-pound strikers of his generation. Superlek has acknowledged that 2025 was a difficult year for him, both personally and professionally.

But Dayakaev is unfazed. "He has never faced power like mine," the Dagestani finisher promises. "I'm coming for a devastating knockout."

For fans of Muay Thai and combat sports, this is a clash of generations—a hungry young contender against a seasoned champion looking to reclaim his dominance. Whether you're gearing up for fight night or just love the thrill of the ring, this is one bout you won't want to miss.
