Friday was a thrilling day for high school sports in the Green Bay area, with baseball, softball, and track and field teams delivering memorable performances under the spring sun.

In baseball action, Notre Dame outlasted Winneconne with a 10-6 victory, rallying in the late innings to secure the win. The Tritons scored three runs in the sixth and added another in the seventh to pull away after the Wolves had closed the gap to just one run through five innings. Dallas Walker and Logan Binder each notched two hits for Winneconne, while Aaron Zimmer drove in two runs.

Over in Wrightstown, New London turned a tight game into a decisive 12-7 win. The Bulldogs led 6-5 after five innings before exploding for four runs in the sixth and two more in the seventh to put the game out of reach. Chase Carter drove in three runs, while Dane Meyer, Garret Clegg, and Troy Degeneffe each contributed two RBIs. Cale Adamovich and Meyer both finished with three hits. For Wrightstown, Rogan Thompson stood out with two hits, including a triple, and three RBIs. Logan Ten Haken earned the win on the mound, pitching five innings and allowing just four hits and three earned runs while striking out six.

In Menominee, Oconto Falls pulled away in the sixth inning to beat the Maroons. Carter Heroux led the way with two hits, including a double, and three RBIs, while Landon Delfosse added two hits and two RBIs. Trace Brehmer started on the mound, allowing two runs on three hits over 4⅓ innings to earn the win, striking out five. Logan Berg closed things out with 2⅔ innings of relief to pick up the save.
