GOSHEN — Goshen High School has announced the hiring of Jordan Smeltzer to be their new head boys cross country coach and Erin Smeltzer to be their new head girls cross country coach. GOSHEN — Goshen High School has announced the hiring of Jordan Smeltzer to be their new head boys cross country coach and Erin Smeltzer to be their new head girls cross country coach.

The two replace Mike Wynn, who retired as the coach of the two programs after last season.

At Goshen College, Jordan was a three-time NAIA National Qualifier in cross country and a two-time qualifier in track.

Erin, who was a cross country and track runner in high school and college, has been the head coach for the girls track program at Goshen High School.

Last season, the Goshen girls cross country team won a sectional championship and finished second at the Northern Lakes Conference meet.

The boys team qualified for the state finals after finishing second at the sectional and fourth at the regional.
