Bowman, a member of the class of 2028, is a top-tier talent ranked as the No. 130 overall recruit and the No. 12 cornerback nationally. The 5-foot-11, 165-pound defender is coming off a stellar sophomore season where he racked up 48 tackles, 11 pass deflections, and an interception, earning Division 2 Class AAA all-state honors. Known for his physicality and closing speed, he's exactly the type of playmaker elite programs covet.

This offer, extended after a recent April visit to Athens, signals Georgia's intent to compete for top talent anywhere, even in the backyard of the Tennessee Volunteers. While the hometown Vols offered Bowman a scholarship back in April 2025, his recruitment is wide open.
